We always encouage couples to reserve their rentals as soon as they have an idea of their guest count. It doesnt have to be 100% accurate but a guessitmate definitely works.
Actually we do offer complimentary set-up and breakdown. This allows your wedding planner/friends and family to enjoy the wedding day with the couple.
