How Do You Make Each Wedding Feel Unique?

One of the things I love about weddings here is that no two ever look or feel the same — couples really bring their personalities to life. We actually had one couple where the groom was a huge Florida Gators fan — and they brought in a real live alligator for their cocktail hour photos! Of course, it was safely handled by a licensed wildlife team, but it was such a fun nod to who they are and where they’re from. Guests were taking pictures, laughing — it instantly became one of those unforgettable Bonnet Springs moments. That’s what makes this space so special: you can honor your story, your culture, or even your favorite team, and we’ll help you do it in a way that’s beautiful, seamless, and safe. Every wedding tells its own story here

What Can Couples Expect When Working With You

When couples work with us at Bonnet Springs Park, we want them to feel supported from the very first conversation. For us, it’s more than booking a venue—it’s guiding you through the details that make your day flow seamlessly here. We walk the spaces with you, listen to your vision, and help organize the logistics that bring it to life. Behind the scenes, we manage layouts, timelines, vendor coordination, and bar details to ensure every part of your event runs smoothly. Our goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and full of those small touches that make your celebration unforgettable. We believe great coordination is part planning, part storytelling, and part heart. Every wedding deserves a team that not only knows the venue but truly cares about your experience from start to finish.
