When you book an Ellie B's experience, all you have to do is show up and enjoy! We travel to your event, handle all setup, service, and tear-down, so you can relax and enjoy your day. We provide everything needed for your guests to enjoy, including cups, cones, toppings, utensils, and more. Looking for something extra special? We also offer customization options to create a unique ice cream experience tailored to your event!

Everything You’re Wondering (FAQ)
Our pricing starts at $699 and that includes: a 2-hr service, ice cream, cones (cake and fresh-made waffle), toppings (sprinkles, chocolate and caramel sauce, Oreo, etc), cups and spoons. Custom options are available upon request.
What's included in your pricing?
Yes! Since we are mobile, we have options to set up both indoor and outdoor depending on the reception area. Our vintage trailers is self-contained and runs off of a generator. For indoor events, we will coordinate with you and / or the venue to ensure that we have the proper space and power.
Can you set-up anywhere?
Our soft-serve ice cream is not dairy-free, but we understand how important it is to include everyone in the celebration! If some of your guests have dietary restrictions or need allergy-friendly options, we’re happy to work with you to make sure they have a sweet treat to enjoy, too.
