How Do You Make Each Wedding Feel Unique?
We love communication at Era Evolve! We truly listen to our couples and make notes on how to achieve their vision of how they want to remember the best day of their life. Each wedding feels unique because each couple we serve has a unique story or needs. Our galleries and films are consistent in style and quality but each one is custom to our couples story which, to us, is the most important part about what we do.
What Can Couples Expect When Working With You?
Couples can expect an initial call with us to go over broad details of the wedding. We go over the overall timeline of the wedding and must-have shots for the day, budget and cost. After you approve your same-day quote, we send over contracts and invoicing for deposit. From there we are hard at work getting together a plan to execute your day and will have at least 2-3 more check-in calls to solidify our plans to make your dreams come true! We are big on collaboration while at the same time taking pride in ourselves for being experts in our field in order to take as much off of your plate as possible.
Everything You’re Wondering (FAQ)
What is your deposit amount to book?
We have a deposit amount of $500 that is due upon signing of the contract. Only when we receive your deposit, is your wedding date officially booked.
Can I just book an event coverage package rather than a wedding package?
Our event packages are meant for overall recaps. For those bookings, we don't perform tasks that would normally come in our wedding package such as first looks, detail photos videos, or fully recorded speeches or vows. This is because at an average event there typically is no need for those types of shots.
Do you offer engagement sessions in your packages?
Yes! For 8-hour and 10-hour bookings, you can expect a complimentary engagement session.
Do photographers/videographers get paid by the hour or only when their cameras are recording?
Our photographers and videographers get paid for their full duration on site at your wedding! There is no "break" period for them unless it is during dinner while they are eating.
