We book very fast. If your wanting to book with us, once you book your venue we highly suggest you inquire with us to see if your date is available.

What’s the booking process?

We begin with you filling out our inquiry form on our website. Then we schedule a call to chat all about your wedding day.

What do you need from us before the big day?

A signed contract upon booking. 45 days out we go over numbers of tables and any and all updates. 30 Days out final payment and we place floral orders. Once fresh product is ordered no cancellations but we can do additions.

Do you have insurance or licenses if required?

Yes we are insured and registered on SUNBIZ.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept Cash, Check, Bank Check (no eCheck), Credit/debit card (with processing fee of 3%) We do not use payment apps.

We are a concierge service. We do not multibook weddings or events. We want our clients to feel special on their day that is meant solely for them. We are extremely transparent on pricing and knowledgeable on every aspect of your day, we have been in the industry for 36+ years. We want our brides to feel extremely special on their special day.
