What is the difference between Full Planning and Month-of Coordination/Wedding Management?
Full Planning is for couples who want hands-on support from start to finish. We assist with everything from design concepts and vendor selection to budget management and timeline creation. Month-of Coordination, often referred to as Wedding Management, begins about 8–12 weeks before your wedding. We step in to confirm details, communicate with vendors, and create your full timeline so you can enjoy your final weeks stress-free. Regardless of which service you choose, you will always have access to me from the very beginning for guidance, questions, and reassurance throughout the planning process.
How far in advance should we book our wedding planner?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Full Planning. Many couples secure their date 12–18 months out. For Month-of Coordination, most couples book between 6–9 months in advance to ensure availability.
Yes. While we are proudly based in Central Florida, serving Lakeland, Winter Haven, Orlando, and surrounding areas, we also travel for select weddings throughout the state. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Our Wedding Management (Month-of Coordination) experience begins at $1,250, while our Full-Service Planning experience begins at $7,500.
Most of our couples invest anywhere between $1,800 and $8,500, depending on guest count, design needs, and event complexity.
